A victorious team effectively embodies the spirit of the community! Player commitment to attending practice contributes to the team's success. While we recognize personal and professional responsibilities, some missed practices are expected. The management aims to schedule convenient practice times, although the organization will determine the optimal days for maximum participation. Please note that excessive absences may reduce playing time and the risk of being cut from the team.
Sportsmanship
No player shall act in an unsportsmanlike manner before, during, or after practices games, or while on host facilities. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
-  Taunting, baiting, profanity, insulting/vulgar language, or gestures.
-  Excessive behavior unbecoming of the organization such as, "Show-boating", dancing, spiking, kicking or throwing the ball, or throwing of equipment.
-  Refusing to comply with a coach or official's request.
-  No chewing or smoking of tobacco, use of drugs or alcohol during practices or games.
-  Criminal activity will result in immediate dismissal from the organization.
-  There will be no verbal or physical abuse of other coaches, players, officials, or fans.
-  The Tomball Bobcat Owners and Coaches will have the final authority and will determine the degree of punishment depending on the unsportsmanlike act.
-  Members must follow league rules set by TUFA.
Utilization of the Concordia Lutheran High School facilities is a privilege and can be revoked at any time if any team representative (home or visitor) violates the rules established for facility use. Any action taken by any team representative that places the Bobcats organization at risk of losing that privilege will result in removal from team activities, possible fines, and/or elimination from team participation.
Players will be held accountable for their actions on and off the field. This includes personal time that is not football-related. Suspensions, fines, or dismissal of any player, when decided, shall be in the best interest of the organization. The parameters and requirements for players for any disciplinary actions will be decided by the GM. Depending on the circumstances, the potential of a full or partial refund of player dues will be assessed on a case by case basis. A refund is not guaranteed.
No player will be allowed to participate in team activities without agreeing to this player Code of Conduct. I have read the code of conduct and fully understand the guidelines mentioned above.
