Team Commitment
At the Tomball Bobcats, we believe a victorious team reflects the pride and spirit of our community. Every player’s commitment—especially consistent practice attendance—is essential to our success.
While we understand that personal and professional responsibilities may arise, regular participation is expected. Excessive absences may result in reduced playing time or possible removal from the roster. Practice schedules are set to support team-wide participation best.
Sportsmanship and Conduct
All members are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship—before, during, and after games, practices, or while representing the Bobcats organization.
Unsportsmanlike conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Taunting, profanity, vulgar gestures, or disrespectful language
- Excessive or inappropriate behaviors (e.g., taunting, throwing equipment)
- Refusal to comply with coaches’ or officials’ instructions
- Use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol during team activities
- Any form of verbal or physical abuse toward coaches, players, officials, or fans
- Criminal activity of any kind
The Bobcats’ ownership and coaching staff have full authority to determine disciplinary actions, including suspension, fines, or dismissal. All members must also comply with TUFA league rules.
Facility Use
Use of accommodating facilities is a privilege, not a right. Any action by a player, coach, or visitor that jeopardizes this privilege may result in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from team activities, fines, or termination from the organization.
Accountability and Discipline
Players represent the Tomball Bobcats both on and off the field. Conduct outside of football that reflects poorly on the organization may result in suspension, fines, or dismissal.
Disciplinary decisions are made by the General Manager in the best interest of the organization. Refunds of player dues, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
